Christian Business Owners Needed: Why Become A Kingdom Entrepreneur?

One thing that’s been on my mind lately…

Is what it means to be a Kingdom Entrepreneur

And specifically how Christian business owners have a huge advantage when entering the marketplace.

An advantage that most simply don’t have.

Let me explain…

Kingdom Entrepreneur Definition

why become a kingdom entrepreneur

A Kingdom Business Owner is one whose motivation in doing business is to give value in the marketplace and help others in need.

They run their businesses with integrity and is not motivated by just money alone.

Why do most people get started in business?

Or chase after big promotions and fancy job titles?

Well, I don’t mean to sound too harsh here…

But for alotta of people it’s all about status.

They want money to change how others see them.

They want flashy cars and luxury clothes to ‘improve’ their image.

Now, don’t get me wrong..

Do I like having nice things?

Of course I do!

But the difference is they don’t define who I am.

If I lost everything tomorrow, I can honestly tell you I’d be fine.

And this is where the superpower is in being a Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur!

Christian business leaders superpower of a Kingdom entrepreneur

As Christian business owners, we have a greater purpose to think about.

And it helps keep our businesses moving in the right directions.

This is why I believe Kingdom Entrepreneurs often succeed, where so many others struggle.

(Not that any of this is easy – far from it!)

It’s just that when there’s a true “reason why” behind a Kingdom entrepreneur’s actions…

Be that leaving a legacy for your children.

Living the “laptop lifestyle” and getting to do the things you love.

Having the means to spread the wealth and help those in need.

Things like this are powerful! And give you a way to move through the tough moments.

Whereas the people who are only in it for the money, the cars or the clothes…

Well, when they realize it takes some serious work just to get a few flashy objects?

They lose motivation and quit just as fast as they started.

Now, a lotta people out there might argue that business is “evil”.

Or that it’s not right for Christians to earn “profits” from a business.

But I think that couldn’t be further from the truth!

Here’s one way to look at it:

Where do you think a million dollars would best be placed?

In the hands of a Kingdom Entrepreneur – where he could use those resources not just to improve his own life, but also make a HUGE impact on the Kingdom?

Or in the hands of someone who’d take that money and hoard it for themselves…

Never doing anything to help anyone else at all?

Again, let me be clear..

Starting a business ain’t easy.

And neither is learning any form of highly valuable skillset.

But for us, we can remember that all our actions serve a higher purpose..

And suddenly a lot of those challenges and roadblocks that seemed huge to us at first…

End up being pretty small when we look at it from the bigger picture 🙂

One of the questions I always ask those who’re interested in DSF…

Or those who say they want to start a business or other venture in general…

What’s your WHY?

What’s really pushing you forward behind the scenes?

Having a strong WHY can be the best motivator in the world.

It keeps you on course.

Stops you from getting distracted.

And when those moments of doubt creep in…

Those moments when you ask yourself…

“Wait a sec… what the heck am I even doing all this work for??”

You can take a step back and remember…

“Oh, right! THAT’S why.”

Maybe this “why” is that you want to provide more for your family.

Or if you’re like me, it’s all about freedom.

To have a life where I can pack up the RV, hit the road, and serve wherever I can.

For many others, it’s that they simply want to share their gifts with others…

And be a source of positivity in today’s crazy works.

There’s tons of amazing “whys”!

And none are better than any other.

It’s totally different from person to person.

But what I do recommend to anyone who’s on the fence about starting a business.

Or doing something different, or outside the norm in general.

Is to make sure that reason “why” is true and honest.

See, those who start a business simply because they want the money.

Or only because they want the followers and the fame…

They don’t have a real answer when things get tough.

And things always get tough.

So they quit.

Or even worse…

They hop from one thing to the next, looking for magic bullet solutions.

Because they’re not sure WHY they’re even looking for more in the first place.

They don’t know what it is they’re actually after.

So I definitely recommend you spend a little time getting clear on your “why”!

It might sound simple, but it makes a huge difference.

If you already know your reason “why”…

I also recommend you write it down!

That way it’s always there as a reminder, and to help guide your path forward.

Wanted: Christian Business Owners

Christian business owners

One of the reasons I love our community so much…

Is because I firmly believe that now more than ever, Christian business leaders like you NEED to be in the marketplace.

Not only is it an amazing way to spread our values…

But also to make sure there’s integrity for everyone involved!

Because the truth is, the kind of values we live by seem to be less common every day…

Especially in the marketing space where we operate – which can often be filled with a lot of shady operators who’re only looking to make a quick buck.

And just the other week I came across a perfect example of this.

So the story is, we had a Pest Control company hire us to do SEO for them.

They had been working with another agency before us…

But after working with them for over 5+ months, and shelling out thousands of dollars…

The best those other guys could do was get them to Page 8 on Google.

Thousands of dollars for only Page 8!

Have you ever gone further than 2-3 pages when searching on Google?

Probably not.

And so that’s why they ended up looking for a new company to work with (and thankfully found us).

But, that’s not even the worst part.

Because once the Pest Control company told that previous marketing agency they wanted to part ways…

These guys went and DELETED their entire website!

That’d be like hiring a plumber to come out and fix your toilet…

But when you call him a week later, to tell him you still have the same problem…

He comes back and angrily rips out the entire toilet!

It never ceases to amaze me how slimy some people can be.

Imagine wanting to spite someone else, because you couldn’t hold up your end of the deal?

Crazy, I know.

But these things happen.

Why Become a Kingdom Entrepreneur?

And this is one of the main reasons I’ve been working so hard at growing the DSF community over the past couple years.

People like us need to be out there, giving small biz owners real help!

People who do business based on service and caring…

And NOT on making false promises in order to make a quick buck.

After 5 months of pain with that previous marketing company…

All they ever generated with that 8th page website was ONE lead.

That’s not even one customer…

I literally mean just 1 single lead!

But now, after working with us for only 2 short weeks?

We already got this business owner 11 leads!

And the best part is we’re only getting started.

The goal is to have 11 leads be a bad week in a couple months time!

Now, the reason I’m sharing this with you today…

Is because what I teach inside DSF is the exact same process I’m using to help this business owner right now.

There’s nothing I’m keeping “secret” outside the program…

Everything is spelled out step-by-step!

Yes, it takes work – just like learning any valuable skillset would.

But when the end result is that we get to bring integrity into the marketplace…

(Especially in the marketing space, where there’s sadly a TON of slimy people just like the last agency this business owner hired…)

I think it’s fair to say it’s well worth the effort!

Because with this skillset, we’re able to come in and make a huge positive impact.

So if you’re not already part of our amazing community of Christian business owners…

I hope this gives you a better idea of why you need to be in here!

And if you’re already a Kingdom Entrepreneur…

Hopefully this serves as a nice reminder that what we’re doing is so much bigger than ourselves 🙂
